Formula: Enzyme vs. Surfactant Base
Choose the active system — solid enzyme for bio-based stain removal, surfactant-heavy for deep cleaning at lower doses, or a hybrid for balanced performance. Your R&D contact adjusts active content, foam profile, and dissolution speed to match your washing-machine market (front-load vs. top-load).
Format: Sheet Size, Thickness & Dissolution
Standard sizes start at 7×11 cm and 11×14 cm. We adjust thickness, density, and film composition so the sheet dissolves completely in cold water — a common failure point for low-cost laundry sheets. Custom sizes and perforated multi-sheet formats are available.
Fragrance & Additives
Fragrance-free, or custom scent profiles — lavender, ocean, fresh linen, or your brand's proprietary blend. Optional additives: color protection, fabric softener, antibacterial, or hypoallergenic positioning for sensitive-skin markets.
Packaging & Compliance Labeling
Envelope, box, jar, or compostable pouch. We produce your artwork, barcode, and market-specific regulatory labeling — including ingredient disclosure formats required by FDA (US), IFS (EU retail), and REACH (EU chemicals).
